We personally inspect every item before being shipped and each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are receiving your product in premium condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
Please inspect your items carefully within 24hrs after delivery.
If you believe you have received incorrect goods, please contact us within 24hrs via email - email@example.com with your order number, contact details and a description of the problem and we will address your concerns immediately.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for returning the product and associated shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty. If you are approved, a replacement item will be sent out to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
