You are able to view your shipping charges in your shopping cart prior to submitting your payment & details. To calculate your shipping rates, simply add your chosen items to your shopping cart, then open your shopping cart page where you will see the the 'shipping rates calculator' at the bottom of the page. The 'shipping rates calculator' automatically calculates your shipping rates when you enter your postcode & state. You may then choose to continue shopping or complete your purchase.
We ship using a combination of Australia Post - standard shipping and Toll Priority for our larger parcels.Please provide a physical address for items (along with a PO Box if you have one as we use Australia Post for smaller parcels) as Toll do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours.

Please double check and make sure your delivery address is entered correctly and is complete.
Toll Priority require either a signature on delivery
If your premise is unattended, Toll Priority will SAFE DROP, this means they will leave your parcels in a safe place out of view and the elements.
Our standard practice is to SAFE DROP to avoid re-delivery fees.
Please consider if the address is safe to leave package unattended.
Please mention special instructions or delivery instructions in the text box 'Note to The Potting Shed Garden Tools' in the checkout page - such as 'Authority to leave in safe place out of elements and view, leave in the carport'
If you do not wish your package to be left unattended and require a signature on delivery please mark 'DO NOT SAFE DROP'.
Note - if a signature on delivery is required & the premises are unattended when Toll come to deliver, Toll Priority will charge a re-delivery fee of $19.70, as such it is advisable to ensure someone is available to sign for freight first attempt.
Our dispatch times are typically between 2 to 3 business days.
You will receive shipping confirmation via email when your order has been shipped along with tracking information from either Toll Priority or Australia Post which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.
We take special care and pride in the packaging of orders our end to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. Please contact Toll Priority or Australia Post directly and quote your tracking/parcel number if you have any claims relating to a missing or damaged parcel. A refund of postage and compensation up to $50 for loss or damage may be paid at Australia Post's discretion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of service available at austpost.com.au/terms.
